Green Eyed Lady, Lovely Lady

Found this green-eyed beauty floundering in the water.  Took her out.

 She just rested for awhile, then started flapping her wings to dry them out.

 She stayed on my hand for a long time.

 More resting, drying. Then, when ready, she took off flying.
