Transitional Season

Eight days into October and haven't been on the river.  Long stretch of overcast, periodically rainy weather combined with increasingly shorter days lessen the opportunity to go.

Sunrises like this make the transition to fall as colorful as the leaf change.

Will kayak again before winter.  Just waiting for a warm day.
